Al Faisaly make improved £2.25m bid for Hibs winger Martin Boyle

According to the Daily Record, Saudi side Al Faisaly have returned with a third, improved offer for Hibs winger Martin Boyle.

The report claims they have tabled an improved offer of £2.25m for the Australian international and will offer the former Dundee winger an incredible £29,000 a week if it's accepted.

Hibs have already turned down offers from Al Faisaly of £500,000 and £2m this January window.

Hibs owner Ron Gordon now has a decision to make, but with the wages on offer Boyle, who is contracted until 2024, must surely be interested?

Hibernian-Mad View:

The offers keep coming, but the Hibees are under no pressure to sell their star player.

Boyle has been outstanding for the club and you couldn't really argue if he wanted to go get those type of wages.

The only stumbling block we can see is wife Rachael, who plays for the Hibs Ladies.

Would there be career opportunities over there for her? a fanastic player in her own right?

Mind you, we have seen it in the past with the likes of Garry O'Connor, when he moved to Lokomotiv Moscow on huge wages, his wife and kids stayed in Scotland.

Could Boyler take the hit of being apart from his wife and young child for a massive wage to set-up their future?

We shall soon see.
