Hibs have been handed a massive boost ahead of the trip to Ibrox this Saturday to face Rangers, with the news that influential pair Guillaume Beuzelin and Chris Hogg will come back in to contention for the game.
Beuzelin was taken off midway through the second half of Saturday's thumping 4-1 win over Kilmarnock, but it looks like the classy French playmaker will make the squad for the trip to Glasgow.
Also likely to come back in to the squad is former England U19 international centre half Chris Hogg.
Hogg, 22, hobbled off the pitch during last Wednesday's 2-4 defeat to Motherwell in the CIS Cup and went on to miss the Kilmarnock game.
The former
Hibs boss John Collins said:
"Boozy took a knock on the shin, a kick, so we took him off but he's okay and will be fine for the weekend.
"Chris was back in yesterday doing a bit of light running and jogging and the physio will have another look at him again today with a view to him joining in with the rest of the boys at training. Obviously, we want to have as many of our players fit and available for selection as possible and we're hoping that Chris will continue to progress as the week goes on and he should be fine for the Rangers game."
