Hibs Assistant Manager Garry Parker has today revealed that the Hibees are closing in on the signing of Preston winger Daryl Horgan.
The Irish International winger has been linked with a loan move to Easter Road over the last couple of weeks, and Parker has revealed that the club is hopeful of securing his signing this week.
Speaking after Paul Hanlon's Testimonial game against Blackburn Rovers this afternoon, the former Aston Villa player revealed that the 25-year-old was close to a move to Easter Road.
He said: “We have shown some interest in him but we’ll see how that one develops over the next few days.”
Horgan would become the Hibees fourth summer signing following the arrivals of Stevie Mallan (£200,000 Barnsley), Florian Kamberi (Grasshoppers £100,000) and Adam Bogdan (Liverpool, loan).
