Hibs manager Mixu Paatelainen has revealed that Hibs midfielder Guillaume Beuzelin is set for a first team return this weekend.

The Hibees travel to face fellow Uefa Cup hopeful's Dundee Utd at Tannadice for the third time this season and the French playmaker is set for a return.

Boozy, 29, has been struggling with a knee injury that he damaged in a match against Celtic at the beginning of March and has missed the Hibees last six games.

Hibs already have Brian Kerr and Rob Jones out and also have Chris Hogg facing a race against time to get fit for the clash, so the return of the influential maestro comes at a good time!!

Ian Murray will have to be pushed back into the centre of defence beside Martin Canning, leaving the midfield looking very bare, but Boozy's timely return gives Paatelainen a massive boost as his side travel north.

Big Mixu said:

"Boozy is okay. He has been training without any problem and is fully fit. He comes into contention for Sunday, and to have a quality player back for, hopefully, the final five games of the season is certainly welcome.

"As he hasn't played for a few weeks his match fitness probably won't be as good as it should be but Boozy is an experienced player who will be able to handle it.

"Such players can read the game, they know where to be and when and, in any case, Boozy's game isn't about running. He'll be looking to get on the ball, to make his passes, control the game and try to dictate the flow of the match."

Good news for the Hibees, Boozy has been a big miss and will add some composure to the centre of midfield, in what will be a massive tie.
