Stephen Glass - heading to St Mirren

WWW.HIBERNIAN-MAD.CO.UK understands that experienced Hibs midfielder Stephen Glass is on the verge of signing for St Mirren.

Glass, 31, is apparently the latest player to be told he has no future at Easter Road by manager John Collins.

The
Scotland internationalist spent half of last season on loan at fellow SPL side Dunfermline after falling out of favour at Hibs and it now seems he is talks to finalise a deal with the Buddies.

It's not clear if a fee is involved, but it is unlikely.

He is expected to sign a 2-year-deal in the next few days, although it may be longer as he is in Austria with Hibs on there pre-season trip.

The former
Aberdeen, Newcastle United and Watford player joins a growing list of players to leave the Hibees this summer.

He follows Scott Brown, Simon Brown, Jamie McCluskey, Chris Killen, Shelton Martis, Ivan Sproule, Michael Stewart, Kevin McDonald, Jay Shields, Thomas Sowunmi & Sam Morrow out of the exit door down
Leith way.

Zibi Malkowski is expected to follow, add to that the players Collins has already punted, Amadou Konte, Oumar Konde & Kevin Thomson, we are looking at an all new line-up for the side over the coming season.

Good luck Steven from everyone at Hibernian-Mad.Co.uk
