Hibs have been handed a boost ahead of tomorrow's vital clash with St Mirren with the news that four of the club's top stars are on the verge of injury comeback.

The Hibees are chasing a 3rd spot finish in the SPL along with Uefa Cup football next season and the news will be music to the ears for boss Mixu Paatelainen.

Goalkeeper Yves Ma-Kalambay, left back Abdel Zarabi, midfielder Brian Kerr and
Scotland striker Steven Fletcher all hope to make the squad for the visit of the Buddies.

Top scorer Fletcher is thought to have declared himself fit, after picking up a chest injury on his
Scotland debut against Croatia last week at Hampden in a 1-1 draw.

Brian Kerr, who picked up an ankle injury against former club Motherwell a couple of weeks ago, is also thought to be winning his fitness battle and could come into contention at Easter Road.

New Algerian signing Abdel Zarabi has been out for a few weeks now, but is expected to make the bench tomorrow.

Other good news for Mixu will be the availability of Belgian keeper Ma-Kalambay, the 6ft 6in stopper missed the Hibees last game, the 1-0 loss to Motherwell at Fir Park, he has been struggling with a thigh injury for a number of weeks but is also expected to start tomorrow.

Players that WILL miss the game are Alan O'Brien (back injury), Guillaume Beuzelin (knee) and Rob Jones (suspension).
