According to the Scottish Sun, and reports from south of the border, Hibs striker Jason Cummings is close to sealing a switch to Nottingham Forest.

Cummings, 21, is said to be having a medical for the Championship club this week, after Hibs "reluctantly" accepted an offer for the striker.

So far, reports of the fee are sketchy, with reports from England claiming it's £1.8m, despite the Hibees turning down a £1.9m bid from Peterborough United last summer, with Cummings then going on to have another 20+ goal season.

Whatever the fee, it's been accepted, and it seems Cummings will be signing for former The Rangers boss Mark Warburton at the City Ground.

Cummings has been incredible since breaking through the Hibees youth system during the 2103-14 season. He has went on to score 71 goals in 150 appearances for the Hibees.

He was part of the legendary 2016 Scottish Cup winning side, and last season's Championship title winning squad.
