Hibs U13's side have kept up a remarkable season for the club's youth set-up, by winning the Trezzano Tournament in Milan, Italy.

The Hibees youngsters retained the trophy that the club won last year, with some outstanding results.

They started the tournament with a 0-0 draw with Monza, just two hours after stepping off the plane.

It was then followed up with a 6-0 hammering of Lecco, which took the Hibs side top of their group.

Hibs had to win the last game by four goals to make sure they made the final, and they proceeded to do so, winning 4-0 against Valenzana.

A good weekend for the youngsters was rounded off when captain James Beaton was also voted player of the tournament.

According to the official site, when the trophy was lifted, the locals joined in with chants of "Hibees! Hibees! Hibees!" with the Hibs fans who had travelled to Italy to support the boys.
