Hibs boss Mixu Paatelainen has tonight revealed that on trial goalkeeper Phil Imray will not be offered a contract with the Hibees.

The 24-year-old English born player played in the Hibees 0-0 draw with second division side Raith Rovers at
Starks Park, as one of three trialists.

Although he kept a clean sheet, Paatelainen has revealed that the Western Suburbs (New Zealand) keeper will not be handed a contract at Easter Road.

The Hibs boss said:

"I've spoken to Phil and he is not going to stay with us. Unfortunately, we will not be offering him a contract but I am sure he will get another club and we wish him well."

Good luck to the lad.
