Hibernian-mad.co.uk understands that Hibs youngster Damon Gray could be the first of many of the Hibees exciting youngsters to head out on loan in the January transfer window.

Hibs boss John Collins wants a number of the Hibs youth academy players to head out on loan to gain first team experience away from Easter Road.

Damon Gray is thought to be the first, Stirling Albion have apparently contacted Hibs about the availability of the
Newcastle born forward.

Gray scored 33 goals for the Hibs U19 and reserve sides last season and has already hit ten this season.

20-year-old Gray has already played twice for Hibs, scoring on his debut against Aberdeen at Pittodrie in a 2-2 draw and he also started Hibs' 0-1 Scottish Cup Semi Final replay defeat to Dunfermline last season at Hampden.

Binos manager Alan Moore wants Gray to add firepower to his attack to help with his side's relegation battle from the first division.

Stirling Albion currently sit bottom with 11 points from 16 games and will look to Gray for goals.

This could be a good move for Damon, who has bags of talent and has scored a load of goals for the Hibees youth and reserve sides.
