Hibs youngster Kevin Waugh has today joined Civil Service Strollers on loan.
Defender Waugh has joined the Lowland League side until January as he looks for vital match experience.
The 20-year-old was on loan at Berwick Rangers last season and now joins the Christie Gillies Park club.
