It is understood that West Bromwich Albion have tabled a bid of £3.6m for Hibs midfield pair Scott Brown & Kevin Thomson.

The English Championship side have reportedly joined the bidding war about to start for the Hibs stars after West Brom Chairman Jeremy Pearce was asked by Baggies and ex Hibs boss Tony Mowbray to bid for the youngsters.

It is thought
West Brom will be joined in the race for the player's signature by Rangers, Celtic, Charlton Athletic, Portsmouth, Tottenham Hotspur, Reading & Middlesbrough.

Charlton had a bid of £3m for the pair turned down last month and it's thought the latest offer, this time from the Baggies, will be turned down aswell.

Brown and Thomson have recently caused unrest at our great club, with there comments in the press about the wages they are on, the contracts they quite happily signed six months ago and just today, some terrible comments about the Hibs support. These two parasites don't deserve to wear the famous Green & White jersey.

It looks like the players and there agent will finally get there wish this month and leave Easter Road. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.
