Hibs boss John Collins today confirmed that he will NOT be following up his interest in the two trialists who have spent the last week at Easter Road.

Both trialists played in yesterday's 1-0 closed door defeat to
Sunderland at the Stadium of Light.

One of those trialists was
Sunderland's 24-year-old French forward William Mocquet.

The other trialist, a defensive midfielder, is still unknown and Collins wouldn't reveal his identity either.

The Hibs boss said

"We had a look at a couple of boys in the game against Sunderland but we won't be taking it any farther.

"They both did okay but we won't be pursuing our interest in either player."
