Hibs CEO Leeaan Dempster has today been elected to the SPFL board.
Dempster beat off competition from Dundee United Chairman Stephen Thompson, to land one of the two seats representing Championship clubs.
The other spot was taken by Raith Rovers Director Eric Drsydale.
Hearts owner Ann Budge was also elected on to a board that also includes Celtic chief executive Peter Lawwell, Ian Maxwell of Partick Thistle, Brechin City’s Ken Ferguson, SPFL Chief Executive Neil Doncaster, SPFL Chairman Ralph Topping and independent non-executive director Karyn McCluskey.
