Hibs expect Benji & McNeil to be fit for trip to Pittodrie

Hibs assistant manager Tommy Craig confirmed this afternoon that goalkeeper Andy McNeil and Moroccan goal machine Abdessalam Benjelloun are expected to be fit for Saturday's trip to face Aberdeen at Pittodrie.

McNeil picked up a head knock in Sunday's 0-0 draw with
Dunfermline in the Scottish Cup Semi Final at Hampden after clashing with Pars striker Jim McIntyre.

Benjelloun was on the end of a shocking Scott Wilson challenge (which DIDN'T receive even a caution) and was forced to leave the pitch with 10 minutes to play.

Tommy Craig said:

"Benji has a superficial scrape from his knee down his shin which is causing him a bit of discomfort but he should be okay.

"Andy had Monday and Tuesday off to let him settle down and he should be back in training on Thursday."
