Hibs received some good news ahead of tomorrow's SPL clash with Inverness Caledonian Thistle, with the news that left back David Murphy will be fit for the trip to the Tulloch Stadium.

The defender took a kick to the ankle in the 2-0 win over
Kilmarnock on Monday night, but is expected to be fit for the game.

Murphy failed a fitness test before the 4-1 Scottish Cup 3rd Round replay crushing of
Aberdeen on Thursday night.

Hibs boss John Collins told the Edinburgh Evening News:

"We actually thought David was going to make it for the Cup game but he had a fitness test a few hours before kick-off and his ankle was still very painful.

"He'd taken a kick to the outside of his ankle against Killie. It was very sore, although nothing serious, but we decided there was no point in risking him.

"But he should be fit for tomorrow."
