It has been reported that Ulises de la Cruz's former club is reporting Hibs to FIFA about transfer money they haven't received yet.

Ulises de la Cruz
Hello fans! Now I'm away again..Bye!!
Deportiva Universitaria say that there was a 20% sell on clause when he signed for us, and that since his move to Premiership side Aston Villa, they have not heard from Hibs.

Universitaria's president, Esteban Paz said: "They didn't want to declare how much they sold the player to Aston Villa but that is going to end. We are going to make a claim with FIFA because Hibernian owes us 20% of the transfer fee of Ulises de la Cruz. We have done everything in the legal way and expect them to do the same."

The fee is said to be in the region of £1.7m for the inconsistent wing back, but as usual, the club decided to keep all the exact figures to themselves so we're all left guessing. However, this could change if the South Americans go ahead with their threat to report our club to the sports governing body.
This is just one more thing in a long line of but public relations for the board, who really must take a long, hard look at themselves and make serious changes if they are going to get the fans back on side with them.
