Hibs Youngster Jamie McCluskey Set To Leave!!!!

Last updated : 09 March 2007 By Steve Forbes

It was revealed this afternoon, that young Hibs winger Jamie McCluskey is poised to leave the Hi-Bees.

According to reports in some areas of the press, McCluskey, 19, has become frustrated at no being able to gain a foot hold in the first team and has told the club he wants to leave.

McCluskey is out of contract at the end of the season, but Hibs may release him from his contract now, to give him a chance to find a new club.

Ex Hibs boss Tony Mowbray once described McCluskey as "The most talented individual at this club", when in charge at Easter Road.

Young McCluskey became the youngest player to ever play in the SPL when he made his Hibs debut at
Rugby Park against Kilmarnock back in January 2004 when he was aged 16 years and 79 days.

McCluskey has made eight appearances for Hibs this season, scoring one goal.

Good luck in the future Jamie, from everyone at Hibernian-mad.
