According to numerous reports from South of the border, Hibs defender Warren O'Hora is set to sign for fallen English giants Leicester City.
The League One side have apparently agreed a "six-figure fee" with the Hibees, reported as just £400,000, over this past weekend, and are now in talks with the Irishman.
The Foxes are managed by former Mk Dons and Rangers boss Russell Martin, who managed O'Hora at MK Dons, before he headed to Easter Road two years ago.
Hibs boss David Gray denied on Sunday that any bid had been tabled, but that seems to have moved on quickly, with the 26-year-old set to head back to English football.
The English transfer window closes at 11pm tonight, so the deal is said to be imminent.
HIBERNIAN-MAD VIEW:
A big blow for the Hibees, if, as expected, this deall goes through.
O'Hora has become an important player for David Gray and to lose him so close to Thursday's transfer deadline is dissapointing.
He has come on leaps and bounds since joining from MK Dons two summers ago, and it's not a surprise he has attracted interest.
This will leave Hibs with only three recognised central defenders, Grant Hanley, Jack Iredale and Jason Kerr, with Rocky Bushiri out long term with an achilles injury.
