Hibs have revealed today that Assistant Manager Billy Brown will leave Easter Road, when his contract expires on the 30th June 2012 (Tommorow).

The former Hearts assistant manager was apppointed to the same position at Easter Road in November 2012, and even had a short spell as caretaker manager when Colin Calderwood left the club last year.

Hibs first team coach Liam O'Brien is expected to step up into the Assistant Manager role under boss Pat Fenlon.

"I'd like to thank Billy for the contribution he's made since I've been at the club," Fenlon told the club's website.

"His experience and knowledge of Scottish football is second to none and I was delighted that he agreed to stay on when I first came into the club.

"With the reputation that Billy has I'm sure he'll be back in football before too long."

Brown has recently been linked with the vacant Raith Rovers manager's job, and is expected to be a front runner.
