English Championship side Brighton are the latest club being linked with a January move for Jason Cummings.

The 20-year-old Hibs striker is on fire, having scored in his last 7 games for the Hibees, and also scoring his first international goal last night for Scotland's U21's, in a 2-2 draw with Ukraine at St Mirren Park.

Cummings hit 21 goals last season, and has already scored 13 this term.

Championship leaders Brighton have been watching the player over recent weeks, and they are now being linked with a January bid.

There is already a number of clubs chasing the former Hearts youth, Swansea City had two bids rejected in summer 2014, and are still tracking Cummings progress, while Rotherham have already stated they are interested and monitoring the situation.

Fulham, Middlesbrough and Cardiff City are also said to be keen on signing the striker.

It looks like Hibs could be facing a tough task to keep the on-form youngster at Easter Road during the transfer window.
