Hibs have today confirmed one of the worst kept secrets in Scottish football, by appointing George Craig as Head of Football Operations.
Craig has left his position in youth development with the SFA to take up the role at Easter Road and oversee the club's new link-up with Lowland League club Spartans, and the club's youth set-up as a whole.
The link-up and appointment of Craig are the first changes in what is being described as "a wind of change", lead by new Hibs CEO Leeann Dempster.
Further announcements are expected in the next few weeks.
