It's been revealed tonight that Hibs have appointed Jon Busch as the club's new goalkeeping coach.

Former American international Busch replaces the out-going Craig Samson, who left a few weeks ago.

Busch played for San Jose Earthquakes, Columbus Crew, and Chicago Fire in the MLS during his career.

He was capped 1 time for the USA against Columbia in 2005.

The 45-year-old New Yorker also spent time coaching with Indy Eleven in his homeland.

Hibs boss Shaun Maloney has moved quickly to replace the out-going Samson in his coaching team.

Hibernian-Mad View:

Good to see Maloney getting more of his preffered coaching team in place.

Busch has good pedigree, and should bring new ideas to the post at Easter Road.

Welcome to the Hibees Jon!!
