Hibs boss Terry Butcher has partially won his appeal against a dug-out ban.
Butcher picked up a two game ban, and a £1,000 fine, during an altercation with Dundee Utd coach Darren Jackson, while still manager of Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
The Hibees boss lodged an appeal, but pleaded guilty to "acting in an aggressive manner towards players of the opposing team", but appealed the severity of the sentence.
The tribunial decided to quash the fine, but has upheld his ban, with one game immediate, and the other suspended until the end of the season.
This means Butcher will be in the stand for this Saturday's visit of St Johnstone to Easter Road
