According to the website, CityWatch, Hibs are in talks to sign Manchester City winger Thomas Agyepong.
The 21-year-old is a Ghana international and is described as "lightning fast" and would replace City team-mate Brandon Barker who was on loan at Easter Road last season but is interesting English Championship clubs.
It's not knowing if Hibs are looking to sign on a permanent deal or a loan deal like Barker, but Hibs boss Neil Lennon is said to keen to get him to Edinburgh.
Agyepong spent the last two seasons on loan with Dutch outfit NAC Breda, with the last year hampered by injury.
He also spent time on loan with Fc Twente, another Eredivisie side, earlier in his career.
