Three Hibs players were in international action tonight, with mixed results.

Paul Hanlon was handed the captaincy and scored the second as the Scotland U21’s ran out 3-1 winners over Northern Ireland at Firhill.

Another Hibees youngster made his Scotland U21 debut tonight, with young left back Callum Booth, currently on loan at Brechin City, coming off the bench.

David Wotherspoon missed the game through an injury he picked up in training on Tuesday.

Sol Bamba was also in action as the Ivory Coast lost 3-1 against Poland in Poznan.
