According to news reports over the last few days, Hibs kid Kane O'Connor has been attracting some interest from down south.
Football Insider seem to be who broke the news that the Hibees could lose a highly regarded prospect.
O'Connor, 18, is apparently on trial with English Premiership side Burnley with a view to a move this summer when his Hibs contract expires.
The youngster was due to play for Burnley's U23 side on Wednesday against Huddersfield in a friendly, and if he impressed, could lead the way to a move to England.
Burnley could face competition for the Scotland U18 captain, with Huddersfield and Brentford also eyeing a summer swoop for the player.
O'Connor is yet to feature for the Hibees first team.
