Hibs are tonight being linked with Aberdeen midfielder Jamie McGrath.
According to the Daily Record, both Hibs and Hearts are keeping tabs on the former Dundee United and Wigan player who is out-of-contract this summer.
McGrath is in talks about a new deal at Pittodrie and apparently also has options in England, Europe and the MLS.
The 28-year-old could sign a pre-contract with another club as he has entered the last 6 months of his deal.
Hibs nearly signed McGrath from St Mirren on transfer deadline day back in August 2021, a move that would have seen £400,000 plus Scott Allan and Drey Wright heading to Paisley, but the deal fell through at the last minute as the Hibees didn't get the paperwork through in time to the SFA.

McGrath is a good player, and we are not surprised we are being linked with him, but he will have a lot of interested clubs.
After failing to sign him in 2021, it seems like he has been linked with us every transfer window since.
