Hibs linked with Burnley keeper Gabor Király

Last updated : 22 December 2008 By Steve Forbes

Hibs have today been linked with a move for experienced Burnley keeper Gabor Király.

Király, 32, is also thought to be attracting the interest of Hearts, Dundee Utd and Oldham Athletic.

The stopper only has six months left on his two-year-deal at
Burnley meaning he can speak to clubs on January 1st about a pre-contract agreement move.

Hibs are currently having a look at former Dundee Utd keeper Grzegorz Szamotulski at the clubs East Mains training base. If the Hibees decide not to follow up their interest in the Pole, it seems Király could be their number one target.

Király has a wealth of experience behind him, having played for Hertha
Berlin, Crystal Palace, Aston Villa and West Ham.

Hibs boss Mix Paatelainen is looking for a quality goalkeeper to beef up his squad, and back up keeper Andy McNeil is already on his way out of Easter Road
.
