Hibs midfielder Marvin Bartley has today won his appeal against the red card shown to him against Raith Rovers at the weekend.

Bartley was red carded by ref Steven Finnie for apparently "kicking out" at Raith player Bobby Barr, but as the video evidence showed, it was nothing more than an awkward tumble that he couldn't control.

The red has been reduced to a yellow.

The former Burnley player will now be available for selection, for Saturday's trip to East End Park to face Dunfermline.

It's the second red card appeal that Bartley has won this month, he also won an appeal after being sent off against Ayr United at Easter Road.
