Hibs midfielder Marvin Bartley will be available for Saturday's visit to Dumfries to face Queen of the South.
Marv was sent off on Saturday after a challenge on Jamie Adams, as the Hibees lost 1-2 at home to Ayr United.
The SPFL compliance officer has reviewed the footage,and decided the red card was too harsh.
It has been rescinded and reduced to a yellow, allowing Bartley to become available to play against the Doonhamers.
