Hibs French midfielder Patrick Noubissie has joined first division side Dundee on an emergency loan deal.

The 25-year-old joined the Hibees in the summer on a free transfer after impressing for
Livingston against Dundee in a pre-season friendly. Then Hibs boss John Collins was in the crowd and decided to swoop for the player.

Noubissie was sent straight back to
Livingston on loan to gain some match fitness having not played in months after his release from English side Swindon Town.

His time at
Livingston was hampered by injury and the West Lothian club sent him back to the Hibees early. He played nine times for Livi.

Since he arrived back at Easter Road he has struggled to hold down a place in the first team, having only appeared four times in a green and white shirt, Hibs boss Mixu Paatelainen has allowed the player to follow fellow Hibee, Mickael Antoine-Curier, on loan to Alex Rae's high flyers.

The other Hibs player on loan to Dundee, Mickael Antoine-Curier, is currently flying at
Dens Park, having scored six times in only four appearances.

Noubissie becomes the latest player to head out of Easter Road on loan, Paatelainen has also sent out youngsters Patrick Mailey, Sean Lynch and Damon Gray out on loan in recent weeks.
