Hibs boss Terry Butcher is said to have made his first moves in this summers transfer market, by offering a contract to free agent Alex Rodman.
Rodman, 27, is a free agent after turning down a contract extension with Grimsby Town after an excellent season with the Mariners.
The winger, who was a youth player at both Aston Villa and Wolves, has played for a few clubs, including York City and Aldershot Town.
Rodman has quite a few English clubs on his trail, so the Hibees could find it difficult to land the 6ft 2in player following relegation to the Scottish Championship.
