Hibs have today re-called young striker Jamie Gullan from his loan deal with Raith Rovers.
The 20-year-old is Raith's top goal scorer this season, scoring 10 goals in 16 appearances, and he will return to Easter Road after Raith's clash with Peterhead at the weekend.
Hibs boss Jack Ross is keen to have a look at the youngster, and may take him on the Hibees mid-season trip to Spain.
Ross will then decide wether he returns to Raith on loan for the rest of the season or battle for a first-team spot at Easter Road.
EDITOR'S VIEW:
This laddie is a very exciting prospect for the Hibees, he has been excellent for Raith this season and has been given the moniker 'The Hammer'.
Hibs now have a decision to make, do we give him a chance in the first team, or allow him to continue his development with the Kirkcaldy side.
Oli Shaw has struggled to break into the first team this season, and is expected to head out on loan, maybe it's too early for Gullan?
Maybe Gullan can have a bigger impact, due to the fact he's a different type of forward to Shaw?
