Hibs have today rejected an offer from English Championship side Millwall for striker Kevin Nisbet.
According to numerous reports, the London side have offered a paltry £1m for the Scotland hitman, with the Hibees quickly throwing the offer out.
Nisbet has been in red-hot form since returning from a long-term cruciate injury, scoring 7 goals in 7 games for the men in green.
Hibs rejected a £2.8m offer from Birmingham City two years ago for the striker, who has now went on to gain 10 Scotland caps and played in all three group games at the European Championships.
Millwall would have to up their offer something crazy to even tempt Hibs to sell a player with 18 months left on his deal.
HIBS-MAD VIEW:
If Hibs were to sell Nisbet this month, the club can expect absolute mutiny from the support.
As the season goes from one calamity to another, to sell our on-form star striker would be madness.
If he wants out, wait until the summer, don't sell now, when we aint that far from being dragged down the league and only a week left of the transfer window.
Losing both Ryan Porteous and Kevin Nisbet this window would be a disaster.
