Hibs boss Colin Calderwood has tonight continued his clear-out at Easter Road, as Chris Hogg became the third player to leave the club today.

Edwin De Graaf, and Merouane Zemmama have also parted the Leith San Siro today.

Hogg, who has spent six years at Easter Road, has been released from his contract, and has joined SPL rivals Inverness Caledonian Thistle on a short term deal until the end of the season.

The former Ipswich trainee joined the Hibees in the summer of 2005, and went on to play over 150 games for the club, scoring 3 goals.

He was also part of the club’s 2007 League Cup winning side, which defeated Killie 5-1 at Hampden in March of that year.

Hogg went on to become Hibs captain, but has really struggled for form over the last 6 months, and has found himself out of the side under both former boss John Hughes, and current manager Colin Calderwood.

He left the club this morning and has joined up with Terry Butcher in the Highlands.

Everyone at Hibernian-Mad would like thank Chris for his efforts in a Hibs shirt, and also for the magical day in March 2007 at Hampden.
