Hibs are set to end the loan of striker Momodou Bojang.

According to the Edinburgh Evening News, the Hibees are set to cut their loses on the Rainbow FC forward, and end his loan deal once the January transfer window opens.

Bojang, 21, only managed a couple of sub appearances, totalling just 10 minutes league action, before picking up an injury during some unsanctioned extra training, a move which annoyed manager Lee Johnson.

The Gambian has struggled to even make the bench since he has come back from injury, and he now seems set to follow Steven Bradley, who has joined Livingston, out of the exit door.

Johnson is looking to trim his large squad, aswell as sign some new players this window.

It seems Momo is the set to be the latest casualty.

HIBS-MAD VIEW:

To be fair to the lad, he's been given 10 mins, and some of our support decided he wasn't good enough.

He has clearly tried to impress by doing extra training, but it's backfired.

It makes sense to end the loan and free up a wage that Johnson can use to bolster the squad.
