Hibs are tonight set to land Ghanaian centre half Francis Dickoh from Dutch club FC Utrecht.

The 27-year-old is currently undergoing a medical at the clubs East Mains training facility, with a view to signing a one-year-deal with the club.

The 6ft 2in has plenty of experience, having played over 100 games for Utrecht in the Eredivisie, as well as playing over 100 games for Danish side FC Nordsjaelland.

He has also played other Danish sides B93 and Farum BK.

Dickoh has 15 caps for Ghana at international level.

The only concern is, that Dickoh could be a ready made replacement for Sol Bamba.

Bamba currently has a number of clubs on his trail, but Paris St Germain are expected to make a £1m offer for the popular defender before the transfer window slams shut tomorrow.
