Hibs youngster Kurtis Byrne has today signed, on loan, for Stirling Albion.
The 19-year-old Irish striker will join the second division side for a month, with his loan deal running out on March 11th.
Byrne joins the Binos at a good time, as they sit just two points off top spot in division 2, with two games in hand.
Dublin born Byrne has played 4 times for the Hibees since progressing through the clubs famous youth set-up, and he was part of last season’s treble winning U19 side, scoring the all important goals that clinched victory in the Scottish Youth FA Cup, and the U19 SPL.
He was also part of the side which clinched the East of Scotland Shield, with a win over Hearts.
Good luck to Kurtis, and hopefully he gets some first team experience under his belt, and scores some goals.
