Hibs have today announced a pre-season tour of Holland.

The Hibees will face three clubs from Holland’s top division, the Eredivisie, with a possible fourth, in a game still to be confirmed.

First up is a match against Heracles, at Tubbergen, on Friday 16th July 2010, with a 7pm kick off (local time).

Heracles finished 6th last season, and qualified for the Europa League play offs, the round after the Hibees enter. A possible Europa opponent?

Next up is a match against an, as yet, unnamed opponent, on Sunday 18th July 2010, with the venue also, obviously, still to be confirmed.

The Hibees then travel to the Hague to face Ado Den Haag, at their stunning new stadium, the Den Haag Stadion, which was built in 2007.

It has a capacity of 15,000, and cost a cool 28m Euros to build.

The game will be played on Wednesday 21st July 2010, with the kick off still to be confirmed.

Den Haag finished one place above the relegation zone last season, with 4 points of breathing space.

Last up on the Hibees tour is a game against Vitesse Arnhem, at Driel Nr Arnhem, on Saturday 24th July 2010, with a 3pm kick off (local time).

Vitesse finished in 14th spot last season, 2 points and 2 places ahead of Den Haag.

The last game against Vitesse comes just 5 days before the Hibees enter the Europa League qualifiers at the 3rd round stage.

It should be a tough tour for the Hibees, against three (Probably four) strong sides.
