Hibs to release Mickael Antoine-Curier!

Hibs boss Mixu Paatelainen has revealed that French forward Mickael Antoine-Curier will not be offered a new contract at Easter Road.

Curier, 25, has been on loan at first division club
Dundee since Mixu arrived as Hibs boss and has impressed in a Dundee shirt, scoring a number of important goals.

Former Hibs manager John Collins signed the 6ft 3in striker in the summer from Norwegian side Haugesund Bk for a nominal fee, after scoring four goals in a closed door game with
Livingston.

Paatelainen has told the former
Nottingham Forest striker his one-year-deal will not be renewed and that he can leave the club, after scoring four goals in 12 games for the Hibees.

Curier also played for Preston, Oldham Athletic, Rochdale, Sheffield Wednesday, Notts County, Brentford and Grimsby Town.

Mixu said:

"We have plenty of strikers at the club."

Mixu starting a summer clearout in preparation for next season???
