Hibs U19's win the Scottish Cup!!!!

Hibs U19's have tonight won the Scottish U19's Youth Cup at Hampden Park, in front of a crowd of 4205.

Hibernian-Mad's very own 9-year-old Cameron Wilson was mascot for the young Hibees and lead them out on to the Hampden turf.

The Hibees opened the scoring through Kurtis Byrne and went in at the break with a 1-0 lead.

Rangers equalised through a wonderful goal from Archie Campbell and took the game in to extra-time.

It looked like the game was heading for a penalty shoot-out, only for Kurtis Byrne to smash the winner in off the bar with the last kick of the ball, sealing the league and cup double for the Easter Road youngsters.

Ironically, it was with a late goal from Kurtis Byrne at Fir Park last week that secured the Scottish U19 League Title, also at the expense of Rangers.

Well done lads, and a special mention for Alistair Stevenson and his team for the amazing job they are doing down at East Mains.
