Hibs have been handed the good news that they have won the appeal against Jason Cummings compliance citation.
Cummings had been cited by the compliance officer for an "offensive gesture" made towards the Hearts support last Saturday.
Hibs have won the appeal with a "not proven" verdict.
The 19-year-old is now free to play against Falkirk tommorow.
