Hibs have today been linked with a move for defender Oisin McEntee.
According to the Daily Record, the Hibees are keen on the soon to be out-of-contract Walsall central defender.
24-year-old McEntee has apparently impressed Hibs boss David Gray, and his recruitment team, with his recent performances in English League Two.
The 6ft 3in defender has spent the last 3 years with the Saddlers, making 71 appearances, but it looks like he could be on his way out of the club.
Hibs have already landed Aberdeen attacking midfielder Jamie McGrath on a pre-contract agreement for next season, and could now do the same with McEntee.
American born, McEntee started his career with Newcastle United, but left without making a first team appearance, and signed a 3 year deal with Walsall.
He did, however, have a loan spell in the Scottish Championship whilst at St James' Park, playing 28 times for Morton.
He has also been capped from U17-U21 level for the Republic of Ireland.
HIBERNIAN-MAD VIEW
Not a player we know much about.
The Hibees are bound to be linked with loads of players as the summer window approaches, will there be any truth in this rumour?
With 14 players out of contract this summer, and other out-of-favour players likely to leave Easter Road, it's going to be a hectic window this year for Hibs.
