Former Nottingham Forest, Fulham, Leicester City and Coventry City manager Micky Adams has become the latest manager linked to the vacant hot seat at Easter Road.

The 46-year-old has recently been working as assistant manager to Geraint Williams at
Colchester City but has recently quit his post at Layer Road.

Adams stated that he wanted to become a manager once again, saying:

"I have enjoyed working with Geraint and the players at
Colchester during what has been a challenging period.

"However, I am a manager and want to be able to seize the opportunity when it comes along to add to the achievements that I have had over the past ten years."

It now seems that he has thrown his hat in the ring for the vacant post at Hibernian.

Other names that have today entered the frame are Charlton Athletic no2 Phil Parkinson and Livingston manager and ex Hibs coach Mark Proctor.
