Hibs-Mad is saddened to learn that earlier today, our majority shareholder and Executive Chairman Ron Gordon passed away.
It was only announced last week that Gordon had been fighting cancer for the past year or so, after an extended abscence from Easter Road.
Sadly he lost that fight this morning.
Hibernian-Mad would like to pass on our condolences and best wishes to Ron’s wife Kit, his sons Ian and Colin, and the rest of the Gordon family.
He will be sorely missed.

Ron was a popular figure around Easter Road and made a big impact in his short time in charge of the Hibees.
