Scottish Cup 5th Round Draw - Hibs v Edinburgh City/Montrose

Hibs have today been handed another favourable draw, in the 5th round of the Active Nation Scottish Cup.

The Hibees struggled to a 3-0 win over junior side Irvine Meadow at Easter Road yesterday, but done what they set out to do, qualify for the next round.

Once again we have been handed a home draw against either amateur side Edinburgh City or Scottish 3rd Division side Montrose.

If Edinburgh City get through, we have an Edinburgh Derby on our hands against our neighbours, who currently play round the corner from Easter Road at Meadowbank Stadium.

It's another good draw as the Hibees look to end their 108 year wait for Scottish Cup glory, last winners in 1902.

The full 5th round draw is as follows:

Dunfermline v Morton or Celtic
Forfar or St Johnstone v Dundee United
Hibernian v Edinburgh City or Montrose
Livingston or Dundee v Ayr United or Brechin City
Raith Rovers or Airdrie United v Aberdeen
Kilmarnock or Falkirk v Inverness CT or Motherwell
St Mirren v Hamilton or Rangers
Ross County or Inverurie Loco Works v Albion Rovers or Stirling Albion
