Hibs - Is there unrest in the Easter Road dressing room???

Last updated : 10 April 2007 By Steve Forbes

Word has reached www.Hibernian-mad.co.uk that SIX prominent first team squad members met Hibs chairman Rod Petrie at an unknown location yesterday to air there problems regarding Hibs boss John Collins.

Hibs have not won a game since last months 5-1 CIS Cup Final win over
Kilmarnock and this form has just added to the supposed problems.

It is thought the apparent unrest is due to Hibs boss John Collins strict training schedule and his preference for constantly rotating his squad.

It now seems that these six players may have made a move to have Hibs boss John Collins ousted from the Easter Road hot seat just weeks after securing the clubs first trophy in sixteen years and just five days before our Scottish Cup Semi Final clash with Dunfermline at Hampden.

There has been rumours of problems in the Hibs dressing room for a couple of months now and there is even some TV reports claiming that Collins could be out of a job in 48 hours!!!!

Let's hope that's not true and that we can get back to normality soon and hopefully before Sunday's all important clash with Dunfermline at Hampden

Whether these reports are true, remain to be seen, but it is definitely NOT the build up we needed to Sunday's clash with the Pars.
