Hibs Chairman steps down

News from Easter Road is that Ken Lewndowski, Hibs Chairman, has stepped down to make way for some one else. There seems to be no reason behind the move except Ken feels it's the right time for stepping down after four years on the board, two as chairman.

Ken, who is European president of electronics company 'Pentair Enclosures' was also on the board of the Scottish Premier League as Hibs representative.

Hibs M/D Rod Petrie said: "I should like to thank Ken for all he has done for the club during his time on the board, and particularly for his guidance as chairman through some difficult times for the club and for Scottish football as a whole."

A succesor will be discused and maybe even picked at the next Hibs board meeting.

Goodbye Ken and thank you for all your hard work.
