Hibs today confirmed the FULL pre-season schedule for this year. The Schedule is as follows:
July 3rd, v Cork City (kick off 3pm)
July 5th, v St Patrick’s (kick off 7.45pm)
July 6th, v Shamrock Rovers (kick off 7.45pm)
July 12th, v Berwick Rangers, 7.45pm - Shielfield Park, Berwick
July 13th, v Stirling Albion, 7.45pm - Forthbank Stadium, Stirling
July 16th, v Ayr United, 3.00pm - Somerset Park, Ayr
July 16th, v Queen of the South, 3.00pm - Palmerston Park, Dumfries
July 22nd, v Rot-Weiss Essen, Georg-Melches Stadium, Essen, Germany
The game against Rot-Weiss Essen is a match specially arranged to commemorate, Hibs first venture in European football, which was against the German side. It was also the first time a British club played in European competition.
